Dear Diary,

Today, we discussed ideas to make our school free from bullying. We decided on some critical steps.

First, we will have an anti-bullying club where students can report problems and get help. Teachers will also watch closely to stop bullying early. We will organize kindness activities, like sharing good words about each other.

Second, there will be strict rules against bullying. If anyone bullies, they will first receive a warning. If they continue, serious action will be taken.

Third, we will encourage weak or shy students to raise their voices and not be afraid of dominating students. They should feel safe and supported by teachers and friends.

Lastly, we will put up posters with messages like “Be Kind” and “Stop Bullying” to remind everyone to behave well.

I hope these steps will make our school a happy and safe place.
