According to the chart, people aged 13-25 use social media the most. This group has 40% of the users alone. In the contarary people aged above 55 use social media the least. They contribute for only 2% users.
The group that closely follows 12-25 group is of people aged 26-35. They make up 35% of the total users. This group is followed by 36-45 age group. This group contribute for almost half of the preceding group, Thet. which is 18%.Next group is of people aged 46-55. They contribute for only 10% of the total.
Overall, the general trend noticed is that as age Increases, interest in social media decreases. This is clear from the fact that that people above 45 contribute for 93% ofthe total.

This is in contrast with the age group of 55 above which constitutes 2% of the users. The next age group that marks the highest usage of social media is 26-35 at 35%. After the age of 35, the preference towards social media decreases as can be viewed in the 36-45 and 46-55 age groups. The percentage declines from 18% to just 10%.
